Our summer housing facilities in New York City offer the convenience and comfort necessary for a smooth transition to living in the big city. Participants will never feel alone in the big city as they will reside among hundreds of other participants who together will take advantage of all that our program and city have to offer. Please read the sections below for more information on the summer internship housing for each New York City Program.

Where is the housing?
New York summer programs will be housed at PACE University's newest residence located near Wall Street.
Bathroom: Private bathroom unit per room or suite, shared with roommates
Mattress size: 78” x 36"
Cable: included, one port per room
Television: not included
Refrigerator: one MicroFridge unit included per room, with microwave
Window Treatment: roll-down shade
Laundry: facilities on location, unlimited use included in room rate
Mailroom: on location, key accessed mailboxes, one per resident
2nd-floor amenities floor, featuring shared student spaces
Gym: 24-hours, located on amenities floor
Who will my roommate be?
Your Roommate Questionnaire will collect information on your living habits which we'll use to pair you up with another same gender participant that you're most compatible with. If you want to room with someone in particular you'll also be able to add that in your questionnaire.
There are a limited number of upgrades if you would like to purchase a single room. Please contact an advisor at 800-251-2933 as they are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
How will I get to and from my internship?
Our New York participants will receive a Metro Card to get to and from work each day, as well as transportation throughout the 8 weeks of the program for activities sponsored by Dream Careers.
*Not included in the program is: Transportation to and from the program.
What is the involvement of the staff?
On-site staff is dedicated to delivering a high-quality experience to enable both your professional and personal growth. Staff members will serve as your program guides, leading you to program events as you become accustomed to the city. They will be available at all times to ensure your summer in the city is as safe as possible.
