Fortunately, our client base is growing at a fast pace. Because of this, we are searching for an intern to assist us with our Customer Service needs.
Internship DescriptionThe general purpose would be to answer incoming calls from customers, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information. For example, if you're able to direct someone on how to use Facebook over the phone, you can direct our users on how to perform simple functions on our website. You essentially be assisting the Director of Communications in day to day operations.
