Your role could involve coordinating interviews and meetings, acting as a liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and other relevant parties. This includes scheduling, sending invitations, and ensuring a seamless communication process to streamline the recruitment and selection process.

Drafting internal policies and working on compensation projects

As an intern, you might contribute to the development of internal HR policies and procedures. This involves research, writing, and collaboration with HR professionals to create clear and effective policies. Additionally, you may work on compensation projects, which could include market research, data analysis, and contributing to the design of compensation packages to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
