WORLD'S LEADING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Financing

University of Dreams is a fee-based internship program offering travel, education, and work experience. We make it possible for you to work in a big-city internship without the headache of trying to coordinate such an adventure on your own. Tuition varies by program and is located on the Tuition page of each program's web site.

University of Dreams offers three different payment options, including financial aid for those students who are eligible.

Payment Options:

Once you have paid your initial deposit payment to secure your spot in the program, you will be asked to choose from the following three payment options to pay the remainder of your program tuition:

Option 1:  Pay In 45 Plan: You can pay the tuition in full by check or credit card within 45 days of enrollment. All payments must be completed by the start of the program in which you are enrolled.

Option 2: Installment Plan: You can choose to make your payments over time by enrolling in our installment plan. This will allow you to make monthly payments by echeck, check, credit card or money order. There is a 3% processing fee added to all installment payments. All payments must be completed by the start of the program in which you are enrolled. The earlier you enroll, the lower the monthly payments will be.

Option 3:

Financial Aid: The deadline to apply for University of Dreams Financial Aid for Summer 2008 has passed. Details regarding 2009 Financial Aid offers will be made available in September 2008. If you cannot afford to pay your tuition using the above options, you may apply for financial aid through a third-party lending partner. To learn more about third-party lending partners simply contact your Enrollment Advisor. There is no deadline for third-party lending partners; but, once you receive your loan distribution from them, you will be required to pay your tuition fee in full within 14 days prior to the start of the program

If You Do Not Qualify for Financial Aid

If you do not qualify for Financial Aid and cannot afford the full tuition on your own, we would like to offer a few suggestions that past participants have utilized to successfully fund their participation.

  1. Scholarships: In addition to scholarships offered through University of Dreams, students are able to use scholarships through their career centers, university scholarships, or scholarships found on the web to fund their tuition to the program.

  2. Grants: Educational grants offered through your government financial aid is an additional avenue to explore regarding ways to fund your program. Primarily with our semester internship programs, as you will remain a full-time student, earning academic credit for your participation. Please contact your Enrollment Advisor to discuss these options.

  3. Fundraising: Many students finance their participation by reaching out to immediate family, extended family, and family friends to ask for donations to support their summer plans. This form of "sponsorship" has been surprisingly successful for those students who are able to express how truly valuable they feel this experience will be towards their future.

  4. Pre/post-program employment: As University of Dreams is only eight weeks long, most students have at least four weeks of summer before and/or after the program. Working in paid jobs during these times can help to offset program expenses.

  5. Sign Up To Become a Campus Marketing Intern: We've hired campus marketing interns at over 150 schools to promote our programs on their campus. If you are interested in this position, please contact Jenna Flanagan.
