Let us reassure you, a dedicated Placement Agent will work with you child to prepare their resume, work on phone interview techniques to prepare them for the interview, before setting up interviews with companies that your child has identified as the positions they are most interested in. Throughout the process, you son or daughter is in full control of this process and ultimately, they have the final say on what internship he or she accepts. If we fail to find your child an internship offer that makes them happy, we will provide a full refund of all monies paid, no questions asked. That is our guarantee.

Depending upon the company that the participant is interested in, most internships are unpaid positions that focus on professional training that exposes the intern to everyday life in their select field. As such, we cannot guarantee anyone a paid internship. Students may request a paid internship from his or her Placement Agent, but cannot limit their placement to paid internships only before enrollment, as the companies control the compensation structure of their interns. If a student requires a paid internship in order to be able to do the program, then our service is probably not the right fit for his or her needs.
