Human Resources Internships

The Dream Careers internship program provides college students with guaranteed internship placement in premier Human Resources Internships. You control the entire placement process, as you work with a Dream Careers Internship Coordinator as they assist in revising your resume, before scheduling interviews with our large network of HR departments in companies and corporations of all sizes. Before you begin the placement process, you must first apply and be accepted to a program and city to begin.

Human Resources Internships are an integral part of the administrative management activity and worker related processes of HR departments.  Working in a Human Resources Internship involves active participation in the recruitment process and management of the company’s internship program, providing support in planning and coordinating the quarterly intern events as well as certain office-wide events, ensuring that the continuous influx of new hires in both stores and the corporate office are reminded to enroll in the benefits program, on-boarding new interns and full-time hires, and attending HR meetings as needed.
