"There are multiple benefits of going through University of Dreams for interns.  I’ll break it into two main facets: Convenience and Quality.  With regard to convenience, University of Dreams sources only the best students for you.  You get a pool of applicants and from there you get to pick and choose your favorites based on what you’re looking to achieve.  For example, we wanted someone articulate that wouldn’t mind being on the phone for 50% of the day.  We got that before we even started interviewing.  The Internship Coordinator narrowed the pool so that I didn’t have to look at all!  With regard to quality, the program speaks for itself.  The people are paying for the experience!  That said, they want to develop and consistently crave more.  If anything, you’ll find it annoying how quickly they get work done and how much more they want to do.  And in the back of your mind, you’ll know that they can handle it."
